Estate information

Montemorcillo is an estate spanning 118 hectares with 200,600 Sikitita 2 olive trees, all equipped with drip irrigation. Water is supplied through the Rio Algodón Irrigation Community, which belongs to the Tagus River Basin Authority.

The estate features an off-grid 163 kW photovoltaic installation designed to power the electrical irrigation system. It also has a water storage and regulation reservoir with a capacity of 9,460 m³, ensuring an efficient supply.

For its management, the operation relies on its own staff and machinery, ensuring autonomy and operational efficiency.

This region is ideal for olive cultivation due to its continental Mediterranean climate, characterized by cold winters and dry, hot summers. The variety of soils, ranging from clay to sandy, is conducive to growing our Sikitita 2.
