Oil
Profile
It is a distinctive oil, in relation to those obtained from other varieties, with excellent chemical and sensory characteristics.
Particularly, the acidity of 0.3% is considered one of the most valued parameters. Its high polyphenol content means that the oil has high stability, ensuring that its characteristics remain intact until the moment of consumption. This marks the difference with other oils, as it does not lose its organoleptic properties.
