Arbequina
General Characteristics
It is a variety adaptable to different soil types and climates, and its early ripening makes it ideal for the production of early harvest olive oil. It is characterized by its small, round, high-yielding olive that produces a delicate EVOO, sweet and medium fruity, with low levels of bitterness and pungency. Harmonious, it can be marketed as a monovarietal or in combination with high-polyphenol oils to increase its stability.
